The Accessibility Program Office coordinates requests with Arizona Digital, DRC, UCATT, Procurement, and partner teams. Submit a request and we will respond within two business days with next steps.

You don't need perfect language or to know the rules before reaching out—plain-language descriptions of what you're seeing are enough.

  • Students: Start with the Student guide or submit an Access Report if you hit a barrier.
  • Faculty and instructors: Use the Teaching & Learning hub for courses and the consultation form if you need reviews or media support.

Office hours & drop-ins

  • Accessibility office hours: Tuesdays 2–4 p.m. (Teams).
  • Document remediation lab: Thursdays 10–11 a.m. (Zoom).
  • Developer code reviews: Fridays 11 a.m.–12 p.m. (Teams).
